My Russian mentality couldn’t grasp why.

Before I came to the USA and became a Russian wife, life was a little different. Being a fiance in a different country taught me a lot. For instance when I was at school in Russia it was “natural” for students to whisper test answers to each other and pass the cheat sheets along. It was Russian mentality, I could not imagine my friend not helping me with my physics tests. He was good at it, I was terrible and since we were friends it was not even discussed that he should help me. I, on the other hand, was better in languages, so I wrote a number of compositions and checked quite a few papers for him.

With how I grew up in Russia, I did not feel I was doing anything wrong. I knew that if after graduation he would need to write a cover letter or even a love letter to his girlfriend, I will be always there to help him. The same way I knew he would help me with math or physics.

I didn’t have any friends (the way I define friend) at the U.S. school, but I noticed that people who claimed to be the best buddies didn’t copy each others papers and didn’t do each other’s homework.

In those times I did not understand American culture, so I couldn’t understand why friends don’t help friends. Now that I understand more (or at least I like to think so), it makes sense to me. In American culture you have to rely on your own abilities and strength, so if you don’t learn how to write a paper properly, your classmate friends are not going to do it for you later in life. They may for money or for some exchanged favor, but they are not going to do your work for you just because you are their friend. Even if they are really good at what needs to be done.

Russian friendships are incredible close. It takes months or even years for Russians to become friends, but when they do, they become like a family. A friend is not the same as a drinking or a dinner buddy you meet once a month and discuss a new brand of chips with. A friend is someone who will lend you money when you need it; listen to your problems and let you pour out your soul. A friend is someone who will do anything for you, but who also expects you to be there for them no matter what.

Russians rarely go to psychologists or psychiatrists, because they have friends to talk to and to help them solve their problems.

If you are stuck at the airport or need a ride, and your friend has a car, he or she will be happy to help you out and I really mean “happy” when I say it. When we went to Russia for the first time, we needed a ride from the airport to the city where I used to live. I didn’t want to bother anyone and I got Americanized a bit, so we just hired someone to take us home. When my Russian friends, a married couple whom I haven’t seen in person for more than 2 years, found out about it, they got really offended. “Why didn’t you call us?” the guy said. ”You don’t trust us or something?” No, they wouldn’t have accepted any money and I doubt they would even let us pay for gas. They were (and are) just true friends.

In comparison, there was a time my husband was away on a long business trip and I needed someone to come over and help me fix a broken parking light (I wrecked it by accident in our backyard). I called him; he called his friend of 10 years (his best friend by the way) and asked him to come over and take a look. The friend (who was 5 minutes away) came with some red tape and put it on my light bulb (which was not damaged by the way). It took him less than 3 minutes. I (“jokingly”) told him that I don’t have any cash, so I can’t pay him right away. He said: “No worries, when your hubby gets home he can pay me back by taking me out for dinner”. And to my surprise, that’s what happened, so the 20 cents which probably was the cost of the piece of tape and 3 minutes of time cost us 20 bucks.

Now, I am not making a judgment on what is better between the American and Russian way, but things are certainly different and it may be difficult for people from both cultures to make friends and maintain friendships. Finding a balance takes time and effort, but I believe that it is possible. Don’t push your Russian wife or fiance to make friends, because it is not as easy for her as it may seem and don’t be jealous or suspicious if she calls her friends often and tells you how much she misses them. Time will help her with both.

Martin Luther King Day is coming up and our beloved president Obama who has been honored with the Nobel Prize of 2009 brings to mind some concerns about African America obesity and health problems facing them and the plight of the U.S.A. health care system! How can Phen375 help? We can help by educating our public. Knowledge is power; the 1st step is education, 2nd step is acting on what you newly acquired knowledge.

The following is a very famous quote from Mr. King “I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character.” Here is a new wonderful thought brought to you by phen375 “I have a dream that African American and all adults from every ethnic race and young children of all races will one day not be judged by the color of their skin or the size of their waist .Where our lives will be full of abundance and health.” Yes, I borrowed a little form the great man Martin Luther King Jr and I’m pretty sure he would approve. It’s a wonderful thought for all people of all races.

I have to read so many reports articles here at www.phen375.com, recently I ran across this one from well know African American doctor Lisa Andrews. It’s important that you understand this information. The entire article can be seen at www.netwellness.org .We all know that basically the African ethnic group of people and all the other ethnic races are similar if not identical in most aspects. I recently read this article and wanted to let you read it and realize there are different issues for the obesity epidemic. Let’s face the truth and educate ourselves to make the approximate changes for your own benefit and of our friends and loved ones!

Americans of all races tend to eat more and are less active than their ancestors, which, is contributing to the obesity epidemic in the US. Recent statistics show that up to 66% the US population is overweight or obese. These weight trends are even more pronounced among African Americans with 60% of African American men and 78% of African American women identified as overweight. In addition, 28.8% of men and 50.8% of African American women are considered obese. The charts below show that black women lead the population both in the numbers who are overweight and obese. In these statistics, the white and black race groups include persons of Hispanic and non-Hispanic origin. For some African Americans, a family tradition of soul food may pose a problem for today’s less active lifestyle. Soul foods traditionally depend on fat, sugar and sodium for their flavor. By modifying recipes and decreasing portion sizes, African Americans may reduce their weight and the chronic diseases that accompany it.

I hope you received the same message as I did when reading this article for netwellness.org. She is not saying that it’s a race or ethnic difference that is believed to cause the difference in obesity between the different ethnic races. It appears to be a cultural food issue, we all have our favorite food derived from our cultural heritage, that’s often what makes us appreciate our different and diverse heritages.

Now here is the key, have you ever noticed that when we are making that special dish that’s so good and tasty but loaded with fat, starch or fried? Now if we tend to eat these types of foods on a regular basis is that good for our healthy and waist line? No, it’s not, it’s ok on that special occasion but not on a regular basis, by eating these types of foods you are causing serious healthy issues to arise. Phen375.com wants you to realize that you are what you eat quite literally and if you are obese it’s probably due to your eating habits rather than racial differences to others.

Now to show you about our Phen375 Review and the great Doctor Lisa Andrews at wellness are talking about, I did a quick soul food search on Google and here is the list of most consumed by African Americans in the U.S.A. I have no doubt that all of this food is absolutely comforting and very tasty, but you should question is it good for me and my waist line and overall health?

Now out of the 36 items listed only 7 items listed would be considered not bad for you and 8 of the 36 are veggies but are combined with animal meat protean which is not considered healthy. Basically the best for you is covered up with pork.

Meat
BARBECUED BEEF SHORT RIBS
BARBECUED PIGS FEET
CHOPPED BARBECUE
FRIED CATFISH
FRIED CHICKEN
FRIED PORK CHOPS
GLAZED SMOKED HAM
SMOTHERED PORK CHOPS
HAM SALAD
SOUTHERN SPARERIBS
SPICED BEEF TONGUE
TENDER BEEF TONGUE
TONGUE ESPAGNOLE
TURKEY WINGS AND GRAVY
SHORT RIBS IN GRAVY

Vegies
BLACK EYED PEAS
CANDIED YAMS
COLE SLAW
CORN PUDDING
FRIED OKRA
GRITS
POTATO SALAD
RED BEANS AND RICE
SKILLET CORNBREAD
STEAMED CABBAGE WITH BUTTER

Mix good and bad
BLACK EYED PEAS WITH HAM
BOILED STRING BEANS WITH HAM
BUTTER BEANS WITH HAMBONES AND OKRA
CHITLINS AND MAW
COLLARD GREENS WITH HAM HOCKS
COLLARD GREENS WITH MEAT
FRIED CABBAGE AND BACON
MUSTARD GREENS AND HAM HOCKS

Remember from the statics above, 78% of African American women identified as overweight and 28.8% of men, 50.8% of African American women are considered obese which very dangerous for the majority of African Americans. Now I also want to point out that in most households, women generally are who prepares the meals for our families. This is why children are also so greatly affected. Again it’s not for ethnic reasons but more for ethnic food choices. You can easily see above if you are eating one or more of any of the above items that are in red per week you are not eating correctly and this is a major reason for your weight and health problems.

When we become overweight our bodies metabolism begins to slow down, the fat tissue actually begins to product hormones that promote making us fatter and slowing down our metabolism. Soon it becomes a vicious cycle, until we become obese, extremely sick, plagued with health issue basically kill ourselves from eating toxic meats, processed foods and generally feel slow and over loaded. I have the best solution on the market currently it’s called Phentemine375™ is a fat burning, metabolism boosting, muscle building hormone enhancing diet pill, when taken with proper diet and clean water consumption it will help you lose weight. Average weight loss when taken as recommended is between 3 and 5 pounds per week.

Now the big question is where do I begin? Simple you begin today, right now, this exact minute to change you way of life for the better! Start by going to www.phen375.com , educate yourself, try our product out for yourself, but when you do, make sure you follow our instructions and diet plan to gain maximum benefits. Drink the correct amount of water; I get a lot of question about the water issue. The best formula is to take your weight divide it in half, then take that amount and convert it to ounces of water. Most people think that too much water, so let’s just say during the day when you are active drink an 8 ounce glass of water every hour. That will allow you to keep your body clean while you are burning up all the toxic fat. Realize that fat is stored from what have been eating or have consumed .Toxins in that food which we consumed are also stored in that same fat tissue and will being to be released into our blood stream, once we start burning off or loosing that body fat we need to make sure to drink plenty of pure water.

Your liver is what really allows our body to get ride of the fat , basically fat begins to be sent into your blood stream , then you liver converts it to usable energy and also filter your blood and toxins , now your kidneys job is to filter your blood allowing your liver to get rid of its toxins. So you need to be drinking pure clean water to help your body eliminate these toxins. This is the way to allow your bodies to safly remove fat and toxins every time you urinate.

Interesting I was reading an article about fasting, this is where people stop eating food and only drink water or fluids for a period of time normally about a week . In this specific article the gentleman made the comment that he had been a smoker 10 years before, but had not smoked for about 10 years. He stated that about 4 days into the fasting diet he began to have smoker’s breath again. His breath and body odor smelt as it did when he was smoking some 10 years earlier. Now he went on to say his wife asked him why he was on a fasting diet to improve his health and now smoking. WOW !!!there is no better way to show you that your fat stores are loaded with toxins. We all know smoking is about one of the worst things we can do for our health and is loaded with toxins and chemicals. He was not smoking, he was burning up fat stored from when he had previously smoked, and it was stored in the fat tissue. As he began to burn off fat during his fasting diet, it was releasing the toxins from 10 years earlier along with all the other toxins into his blood stream. His liver and kidneys needed to work harder than normal to remove toxins from his body. Now do you understand the importance of drinking clean purified water? It’s so important for you especially when you are taking our phentemine375™ diet pills, at this point we are directly attacking stored fat and need to make sure you are allowing you body to dispose of it with the correct water consumption.

Now most of us including myself cannot handle the extreme fasting diets, it’s just too drastic for me and most people in general. But you can use the phentemine375™ diet pills, our metabolism fat burning diet to accelerate your weight loss and curb your hunger. If you will eat 6 times per day as we recommend you will see amazing results and being to drop 3 to 5 pounds per week. We want you to eat 6 times to keep your metabolism operating at peak performance, also by eating 6 times per day you will not become overly hungry and tend to over eat.

Now back to the soul food diet, I love it all don’t you? WOW that’s some good food. But as I have had several health issues cussed by being overweight. I now realize that I prefer to feel energetic, have lots of energy, not only physically but also mentally. This is another great benefit you will get from taking the diet pill called phentemine375™ located at Buy Phen375.

Your energy levels will drastically pickup, you will think clearer and feel better. As your energy levels pickup you will want to take that short walk, play with the kids or maybe walk the dog. We want you to start little by little also increasing your activity levels to get your blood moving , we also realize you have to start somewhere and that somewhere. It’s amazing how much clearer your mind will function. When you start our phen3725 diet program it a good start in the right direction, just getting rid of all of the red meat loaded with toxins we overly consume each and every day will allow you to feel so much better.

You need to balance your diet try to eliminate your animal protean consumption and saturated fats. Phen375.com recomends, clean foods, purified water and vegetable are the best way to begin cleaning up and reducing your body’s toxicity levels. Here is a good rule of thumb to follow. If it has meat fat, butter, processed sugar, processed flower comes in a box or is instant, it’s probably not good for you. Take another glance at that soul food diet, are you guilty of over indulgence. I was and if you look at the statistics for African American people is fairly obvious just like me, they are also guilty of overly indulging. It’s your life you choose to eat every day what helps keep your body healthy or is making you sick, overweight or killing you. I hope you will go to www.phen375.com and look at our product , educate yourself , make that positive life altering change and decide today to live longer, healthier and happier the phen375 way.

We find dragon symbols in mythology and customs as well as collectibles and
artwork. Traditions throughout history have held a place for dragons.

One of the oldest belief systems in the world is Paganism and throughout that religion we see the fire-breathing creatures. There are different Pagan traditions and each one honors its own gods and goddesses, deities that they see physically manifested in nature.. One of the best known modern Pagan practices is Wicca. While reading an article about Wiccan traditions, I came across something that was unfamiliar to me: Draconian Wicca. Draconian Wicca shares many of the same sentiments as the other traditions, however instead of having a focus on gods and goddesses, it focuses on those mystical creatures as representations of good and evil and male and female. The difference between Dragons to those who follow The Dragon Path and other Pagans is that not only do Draconian Wiccans believe the creatures represent wisdom and balance, but also that it is All-That-Is and holds deity status when incorporated in ceremonial magic.Draconian Wicca is a fairly new practice and as of yet has not been accepted as a true form of Wicca. It has a code of honor and its own holidays and festivals. Another similarity between traditional Wicca and The Path of the Dragon is the use of tokens representing the elements (earth, air, water, fire)–the difference being that the

Draconian Wiccan use dragons as symbols. There are also clergy and like most religions, it is thought that the best way of passing down the tradition is from teacher to student.

Draconian Wicca has its own spiritual guides as well. The spirit
of dragons makes itself available to communicate and guide believers. As the creatures live on astral planes, the communication is magical. For more information on dragon figurines and dragon collectibles, check out your local occult bookstore for Llewellyn’s Dancing with Dragons: Invoke the Ageless Wisdom and Power and Mystical Dragon Magick: Teachings of the Five Inner Rings by D.J. I have also found some very interesting sites on Draconian Wicca so I am passing on those links as well.

One of the things tourists love, though, is to go to the beach. If you’re going to be spending a lot of time on the beach, Sandown is among the best choices.

The beaches in Sandown are very beautiful and they are unspoiled in many ways, so walking along them can be an enjoyable experience. The white sand is the main attraction, but there is a pier there, with amusements. The promenade is great fun for adults and child alike, and you can still enjoy the seclusion of the beach.

There are more than one hundred and forty thousand people who Sandown their home, but but they will be happy to welcome you to their piece of the island. The Isle of Wight has many unspoiled areas, with many inland areas as well as the beaches that are popular with tourists. The Isle of Wight ferry takes you between the mainland and the island, so it’s easy for you to get there with little or no worries.
Once you get there, you can relax, because Isle of Wight breaks are some of the best that the UK has to offer. The accommodation, restaurants and beaches are top class and the locals are quite friendly.

It is popular place to bring a special person, or travel with your children, friends and family. Some people prefer to be alone, just to be part of nature and to experience a peaceful time. The island has many miles of coastline and beaches that can offer the solitude to have fun with whoever you travel with. The Island offers both options, and the choice is entirely up to you.

One of the biggest attractions to the IOW, are the festivals which give the place its fame. The two biggest are the IOW festival, the celebration of rock music; and Bestival which is slightly more relaxed in its style.

It is magical, transformative and expressive so much that everybody has a performer waiting to break free.

You need not worry about rigid schedules as most will understand that you are not taking classes to compete but to learn something new about being Irish. However, if you do decide to become a competitor, you should enroll in classes held by a certified Irish dancing teacher. Keep in mind that you will be judged on timing, execution and posture of the body and of the steps, so formal classes are necessary.

You could take advantage of dance halls which provide lessons prior to the business opening at some time in the night. And as soon as the dance masters take their places on the floor, you can watch them, dance with them and simply study from them. And if you obtain the time and the inclination, you could possibly join a regional amateur dance company. You could in time perform your dancing skills within the number of fashionable Irish dances.

Don’t be troubled from your age. A number of dancing classes, dance halls and dance troupes comprise of people ranging in age from 6 to 66 and all of them enjoy the learning process. Well, on behalf of more mature people, the opportunity to remain youthful in mind and body again is an added bonus.

Just as it is in sports, remember to remain safe all the time. This includes doing warming up first before the real dancing and your cool-downs following, both of which hopefully help prevent your muscles from injuries. Also, your requirement to wear the correct footwear are very important, which are either soft shoes or hard shoes along with the proper costumes.

Of course, do know the basic steps first before trying your hand, or, foot on the more advanced steps. This is especially true of the group dances as you do not want to endanger the limbs of your partners.

Irish dancing is not just for spring chickens. No matter how old, you should try your hand at any of the Irish dances and benefit from the physical and mental exercise.

Do you have a mattress cover on your bed? Do you know all its uses and how to do the normal upkeep? How often ought to you change out the mattress cover? Well this article will address some of these questions and much more.

Mattress covers have the capacity for collecting a lot of dirt, body water, otherwise known as perspire, and other body material, and dirt. All of these things start to climb up over a period of time the longer you wait in between washes. Exactly as the sheets on your bed need to be washed, so does your pillow top mattress cover.

Getting the urine spots out of your mattress
If you have a kid and he or she peed on the pillow top mattress cover, you will need to get it cleaned as soon as possible.

Cleaning urine out of the top mattress is quite a bother because selected of the resources used to making it are delicate and might easily tear. A mattress cover that is built of wool or down feathers should be loaded into a washing machine filled with warm water. Use any kind of spot remover and a special laundry detergent to get the urine stain off. A disinfectant ought to also be a perfect help. When you are done, it is best to leave the mattress cover outdoors, below the sun until it is dry. This will make sure that the odor of urine will be removed.

Sizes of Mattress Covers
When it comes to top mattress cover sizes, many people have no idea what size sheets fit a full pillow top mattress. They exactly go ahead and buy any cute full top pillow top mattress cover that they see, without thinking about if it is the right size for their mattresses. The sheets are either too small or not deep enough. They try to pull the sheets down to cover the exposed lower part of the mattress. Doing this is not enough because the sheets are not held securely in place, so it will exactly roll back up again.

The whole partner for a full size top mattress is a full size Pillow top Mattress Cover that has deep pockets. You can uncover different types of deep pocket mattress sheets at department stores, and they come in a variety of sizes.

There are also mattress cover sheets that are between 12 and 14 inches deep, just the fitting size for any normal-sized bed. If you want something bigger, you can look for sheets that are particularly designed to fit those 22-inch thick mattresses. A Pillow top Mattress Cover requires special attention from its owner in order for it to be efficient. As soon as you comprehend a cover should be treated just as your sheets and bed spreads the better off you will be.

Becoming engaged is an exciting time. First you accept. The you tell everyone. Well, what’s next? It is time to set the date! Setting the date to your wedding is not only important, it is one of those things that makes it all feel real. The day you get married is a day you will remember forever.

It will be the day that you celebrate every year. With this in mind, realize you must pick a date you can live with. When choosing your date there are many things to consider. Some of the basics include what part of the year you want to get married in (or celebrate yearly), if there are any conflicts with your date and if you have enough time to prepare your wedding by that date.

All dates are not created equal. There are some dates you may choose to avoid. It may seem obvious, but planning a wedding can be stressful or exciting and sometimes we don’t put all of our effort into picking a date which we can plan our wedding by and that we will be forever happy with. Read on for more info on setting the date

Holidays

Some people want to get married on holidays but most people choose to avoid these dates. If you do not want to share the spotlight you may want to avoid a holiday wedding, especially a major holiday such as Valentine’s Day or Christmas. Your guests may not be happy with you if you plan a holiday wedding and they have to spend their holiday with you instead of participating in their normal holiday customs, whether they are romantic plans for holidays such as Valentine’s Day or Sweetest Day or more family oriented such as during Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Birthdays or Anniversaries

You may want to avoid having your wedding on birthdays or anniversaries of close friends or family members. If you do choose a date which is important to someone else you may want to consider how other people might feel about you getting married on a certain date. If you really want to use a date that is someone’s anniversary or birthday you should clear it with that person first. Talk to them and explain why you want to marry on that date and ask for their blessing.

Other Days

There are countless days that you may want to avoid, days that are personal to individual families as well as the general public. If your grandparents are deceased you may want to avoid the date of their death or even their birthdays, marrying on one of their birthdays may bring up bad memories or just the feeling of loss – something you do not want on your wedding day. You may want to avoid days like Pearl Harbor day or even the day Kennedy was shot. To be able to avoid painful days for the family you need to know them, listen to what they do or do not want. Days to avoid are really individual to each wedding and family. If you family or his has war veterans you may want to avoid days that are significant to those wars If your mother is an avid Elvis fan or your sister had a shrine to Kurt Cobain growing up would probably avoid the dates of their deaths plus any other dates significant to them.

Still not sure?

Pick the wedding date and ask your family what they think. Find out if there are any problems or concerns from family members. Address what comes up. Then decide if you will go forward with that date or see if you need to reconsider.

Portable Communion Sets for Holy Communions

One sacred tradition that Christians practice is the Holy Communion.

Often, people mistake Baptism as similar to Communion, but they are not since the former happens only once in a Christian’s life and the other is something that is practiced all through the life of a person.

Catholics are the ones that follow Communion because it has been a tradition since olden times. In a communion, Christians are expected to remember Christ and his sacrifice and suffering for humanity.

In this holy practice, there are several essential elements. However, the top two would include the bread and wine.

There are three main perceptions regarding the bread and the wine.

One view is that there is transubstantiation that occurs and the bread and wine actually becomes the real body and blood of Christ.

Another view that is held is that the bread and the wine remain unchanged, but the Lord’s presence is made spiritually real through their faith.

The third view is the one most Christians hold and that is the bread and wine used as symbols. It represents the blood and body of Jesus and commemorates the sacrifice that he has made for everyone.

Anybody can go ahead and participate in a Communion. Normally, you will find this done in regular churches, but there are also priests that are assigned in remote places where there is no proper church.

People who live in remote areas can now participate in communions, thanks to portable communion sets that are used by the clergy. With this, priests can go ahead and conduct the service without any problem.

Necessity of Portable Communion Sets

Portable communion sets are necessary tools for a priest or any member of the clergy in any denomination to have especially if he is visiting a remote place or region.

There are many places where these portable sets can be used.

For example, it can be used in a nursing home, hospital, or even in the battlefield. This makes it easy for people to participate in the communion even without attending the actual service.

In a communion set, there are four main elements. You have the cruet, the paten, the chalice, and the pyx. There are also various sizes for the communion sets; they can be small or large.

To make it portable, it is accompanied with a carrying case. Some pieces are designed ornately while others are made from simple silver.

Each part of the piece has a purpose and function. For example, there is the cruet, which is a small bottle where the wine is stored. You also have the Paten, which is a small disk or plate that holds the communion wafers.

You also have the pyx; this is a small, round container that contains the sacramental bread. Lastly, you have the chalice, which holds the wine and often called the communion cup.

These important items come together to make up portable communion sets.

Headstones of famous people can be found in cemeteries around the world, and lots of them contain epitaphs and inscriptions written either by or about the deceased. These inscriptions, far from being simply morbid, often make interesting reading.

Take, for example, the memorial stone for William Shakespeare, which reads (translated into modern English): “Good friend, for Jesus’ sake forbear, To dig the dust enclosed here, Blessed be the man that spares these stones, And cursed be he that moves my bones”.

The reason for this somewhat strange inscription is that he lived in morbid fear of his body being dug up after he had been buried. Fortunately, his grave, which is in the English town of Stratford has remained, as his wishes, untouched.

John Keats’s headstone, which is in Rome, is adorned with the design of a lyre with broken strings, which was added by Keats’s friends Charles Brown and Joseph Severn, and makes no reference to his name. He wanted it to read only: “Here lies one whose name was writ in water”.

His friends, however, later added the following: “This grave contains all that was mortal of a young English poet who on his death bed in the bitterness of his heart at the malicious power of his enemies desired these words to be engraven on his tomb stone”.

The site of Robin Hood’s grave is at a Cistercian priory in Kirklees, which is in England, has been a place of pilgrimage for centuries. Unfortunately, it is not actually where he was buried!

The original grave slab went missing around 1660. A replica was made, but this was chipped to pieces by canal workers in the 18th century who were convinced that a little bit of Robin Hood’s headstone would cure toothache.

With some research, you will probably find that there are a few headstones in cemeteries near which commemorate famous people from past times. Though it may not make a great hobby as such, spending a day checking out these makes for an interesting and cheap day out.

Alternatively, you can just use Google images, where you will find plenty of pictures of famous headstones. Learning what your deceased heroes decided to leave as their farewell message can really add something to way that you think about them.
—
To celebrate the launch of their new website, Granite Memorials are running a competition to find the most interesting and witty inscription on a famous personality’s headstone. Send your photos, explaining where and when you took them and why you feel it should rank in the Headstones Hall of Fame, for more info please visit http://smsh.me/7vye
